What if my list is old or messy?

That’s expected. Old lists always have dead emails, bad phone numbers, and duplicates. We clean it up on our end as part of the flat fee — you just send whatever you have.

Does it send from my email or yours?

From yours. We set up a sending domain that authenticates as you, so replies come to your inbox and customers see your brand — not a generic service.

What if someone complains or asks to unsubscribe?

Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe. We honor it instantly and remove them from every future batch. Standard practice, keeps your reputation clean.

Can I do fewer than 500 contacts and pay less?

The $499 flat is our floor — the work of drafting, approving, cleaning, and reporting doesn’t scale down below that. If you have a 50-name list, we’ll happily quote a “starter tier” on the phone.
